    1. Service Description

    Mentio is an AI visibility analysis tool for brands. The service allows users to analyze how major language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, among others) mention, position, and describe their brands compared to their competitors.

    Use of Mentio implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    2. Registration and Account

    To access Mentio's services, the user must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

    The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information. Mentio reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

    3. Plans and Payments

    Mentio offers different subscription plans, including a free plan with limited features and paid plans with additional capabilities.

    • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
    • The user can cancel their subscription at any time from account settings.
    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the period already paid.
    • Mentio does not store credit card data. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All content, designs, logos, source code, and technology of Mentio are the property of Mentio or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any element of the service without express authorization is prohibited.

    Data and results generated by the analysis belong to the user, who may use them freely for their internal purposes.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Results provided by Mentio are indicative and analytical in nature. Mentio does not guarantee commercial results derived from use of the service. AI model responses may vary and Mentio does not control content generated by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).

    Mentio shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

    6. Data Protection

    Mentio processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

    7. Service and Price Modifications

    Mentio reserves the right to modify service features, plan prices, and these terms and conditions. Any price changes will be communicated to users with a minimum of 30 days notice before taking effect.

    Modifications to terms will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.

    8. Account Cancellation

    The user may request account cancellation at any time from the service settings. Cancellation implies deletion of all data associated with the account, including analyses performed and brand profiles.

    Mentio reserves the right to cancel accounts that violate these terms or are used abusively.

    9. Applicable Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from use of the service, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
