You enter your brand name and industry. Our AI generates relevant questions that your potential customers would ask, sends them to 5 leading LLMs simultaneously, and analyzes the responses to determine if your brand is mentioned, in what position, and with what sentiment.

We analyze ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Grok (xAI), and Perplexity. We always use the latest versions of each model for accurate, up-to-date results.

Mentio works in Spanish and English. We generate questions in the native language of your target market — not machine translations — to ensure accurate results.

What is a Project in Mentio?

A Project is a continuous tracking of your brand with a fixed configuration (market, language, AI models and competitors). All analyses within a Project are comparable, letting you see how your AI visibility evolves over time. If you want to monitor another brand, or the same brand in a different market/language/model set, create a new Project.

How many Projects can I have?

It depends on your plan: Free has 1 Project, Personal 2, Pro 5 and Enterprise 15. If you reach the limit, you can archive old Projects or upgrade your plan.

Is it safe to share my brand information?

Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption and comply with GDPR. Your brand data is never shared with third parties and you can request deletion at any time.

What is the Mentio Score?

The Mentio Score is a 0-100 rating that summarizes your brand's overall AI presence. It combines visibility percentage, average position, sentiment, and coverage across all 5 LLMs into a single actionable metric.

What's the difference between organic visibility and brand awareness?

Organic visibility measures how often AI mentions your brand in generic sector questions (e.g., 'best CRM software'). Brand awareness measures what AI knows when asked directly about your brand. Together they give you a complete picture of your AI presence.

How many AI models does Mentio analyze?

Mentio analyzes up to 5 models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity). On Personal you choose 1 model per Project, on Pro you choose 2, and on Enterprise all 5 are included. Models are set when creating the Project and stay fixed to keep historical data comparable.

Why can't I change the AI models of an existing Project?

Because changing them would break the comparability of your historical data. If you want to analyze your brand with different models, create a new Project. This keeps the previous history intact and starts a new comparable series.

How many questions does Mentio generate per analysis?

From 10 on the Free plan up to 80 on Enterprise. Personal has 25, Pro has 50. All questions are generated natively in any supported language and split between organic (without mentioning your brand) and brand questions (asking directly about you).

Do analyses run automatically?

For now analyses are manual: you decide when to run one within a Project. We're developing automatic execution (weekly on Personal/Pro, daily on Enterprise) for future versions.

What is GEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the discipline of optimizing your brand's presence in AI-generated responses. It's the equivalent of SEO but for language models like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

What's the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO optimizes your website to rank in Google search results. GEO optimizes your brand to be mentioned and recommended in AI responses. SEO focuses on links and keywords; GEO focuses on brand reputation, mentions and structured data across the web.

How long does it take to see results?

You can see your current AI visibility in about 2 minutes with your first analysis. Improving your visibility is a longer process — changes in brand perception by LLMs can take weeks to months depending on how aggressively you optimize.

Does GEO replace SEO?

No. GEO complements SEO. You still need strong search engine presence, but increasingly users are asking AI directly instead of searching Google. A complete digital strategy needs both SEO and GEO.

We recommend at least once a month to track trends. If you're actively optimizing your GEO strategy, weekly analyses help you measure the impact of changes faster. Pro and Enterprise plans include enough analyses for frequent monitoring.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no commitment. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

Yes. All paid plans include the option to purchase additional analysis packs if you need more than your monthly allowance.

No. Extra analysis credits you purchase never expire and persist across billing periods. They're only consumed when you run an analysis beyond your monthly allowance.
