    • Payment data: managed entirely by Stripe. Mentio does not store credit card numbers or banking data. We only store a Stripe customer identifier to link your account with your subscription.

    3. Purpose of Processing

    • Service delivery: executing AI visibility analyses requested by the user.
    • Account communications: notifications related to your account, service changes, or terms changes.
    • Service improvement: aggregated and anonymous analysis to improve the quality and features of Mentio.

    4. Legal Basis

    • Contract performance: processing is necessary for the delivery of the contracted service.
    • Consent: for optional communications and service improvements based on usage data.

    5. Data Recipients

    Your data may be shared with the following third parties, exclusively for service delivery:

    • Stripe: secure payment processing and subscription management.
    • OpenRouter: processing AI model queries during analyses.
    • Lovable Cloud: application hosting, database, and backend functions.

    We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

    Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

    • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
